Halima Hamisi Ukio Machuwa

HALIMA HAMISI UKIO MACHUWA is now 94 years old. She is a mother to Asia and Ibrahim and has raised more than 20 orphans and sons and daughters of relatives spread all over Tanzania. Has five grandchildren, namely, Himid, Tunu, Ami, Halima and Hafeez and still insist that her son Ibrahim continue to take in and care and raise yet more orphans and those who have lost amother or father. So the family has additional members like Himid or Mzee Mallya, Rama or Shemeji, Nasra, Jackie, Sande, Kulwa and Rose!

Our great lady is now constantly suffering from what she calls ;burning' in her legs and arms. She used to work very hard when active but now since 2008 can no longer do any kind of work. She does some walking exercise only around the house and has a chronic insomnia which unfortunately also keep us awake because we have to take care of her not to get hurt during the night while going or coming from the toilet.

What kind of medicine can we give her to stop the burning in her legs and the chronic insomnia?
